Guideline for Students

You are required to book your appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.

To serve you in a better way and to resolve your academic problem, you are required to write a brief description of the problem that you are facing. Such a brief description will help the facilitator to prepare for the session. The facilitators can better guide you with his/her knowledge and expertise if you can specify the academic problems or issues that you are facing.

Once you click on an expert name, a calendar will appear with available slots of the academic support clinic expert. The timing of the slot will appear as you hover over a button. Click on it, if the slot is appropriate for you.

You are advised to do the following

Description: Write a short description of the issue that you need academic help on.

Once the faculty member accepts your session request, you will receive another email with a Google Meet URL. You need to join that meeting on time.
